Mohawk is a rapidly growing technology-enabled consumer products company with a portfolio of a dozen (and growing) specialty brands that leverage proprietary technology to design, develop, market and sell products.  With offices across multiple continents, the Email Marketing Manager can work remote and/or via our offices in NYC, and will report directly to the CMO.  We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager who will help lead the overall email approach across our portfolio of brands as well as for our corporate brand efforts. This role will develop and execute innovative strategies to organically grow Mohawk’s email communities, delight our customers, and help amplify our brands through like-minded collaborations with partners.

You’ll do this in large part by creating, testing and optimizing email campaigns that are creatively engaging whenever they land in people’s inboxes. If you’ve got a passion for storytelling, an obsession with data and a desire to build out a global email marketing program, you could be just the right person for this job. 




What You’ll Do



  • Be the global lead of email marketing for a premiere tech-enabled consumer goods company, setting the strategy and running campaigns that grow our brands revenue and profile 
  • Collaborate with our crazy-talented team of marketers and designers to develop thoughtful emails that align with our content calendar and generate outsized open and click rates
  • Embrace the data! Conduct A/B tests and analyze ongoing email performance to optimize our email campaigns so they drive the best results for our business
  • Partner with our teams to find new and creative ways to grow our email subscriber lists
  • Provide on-going reporting, campaign insights and revenue impact to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with our performance marketing team to provide timely reporting and collaborate on strategy and ideas for increasing conversion


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years in an email marketing role serving B2C audiences with results that speak for themselves
  • Strong quantitative skills that enable you to understand email performance and make adjustments when needed
  • Deep knowledge of the entire email ecosystem, including responsive HTML emails, templates and landing pages. 
  • You enjoy building as much as doing the day-to-day work. We’ll be looking to you to decide on the right tools and resources you’ll need to make email at Mohawk truly world-class
  • Someone who can zoom in and catch typos and design flaws—and also zoom out and brainstorm with our teams on how email can help achieve key goals
